The Muslim Ski Club is committed to providing a transparent and fair approach to cancellations, refunds, returns, and exchanges for both our services and products. Please review the relevant sections below to understand our policies.
1. Services
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to modify or cancel your booking. This policy outlines the conditions for cancellations, refunds, and modifications. Please note that for specific events or services, additional terms and conditions may apply. This may include policies in effect by third party suppliers.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
If you wish to cancel your booking, refunds will be issued based on the notice period given before the event. Due to non-refundable deposits and other incurred costs, refund amounts will be determined as follows:
More than 30 days before the event: 90% refund of the total booking amount.
15-30 days before the event: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
7-14 days before the event: 25% refund of the total booking amount.
Less than 7 days before the event: No refund.
Non-Refundable Deposits & Incurred Costs:
In cases where costs have been incurred by Muslim Ski Club prior to the cancellation, these will be deducted from any refund issued. These costs may include, but are not limited to:
Venue booking fees
Instructor fees
Equipment rental costs
Catering and food service fees
Administrative and marketing costs related to rebooking
The Muslim Ski Club has a non-refundable deposit rate of 35%. This is applicable to all payments made for services provided by us. The deposit rate applies even if it isn't explicitly stated in the pricing information for the relevant services.
Refunds for Services:
Refunds for services are subject to evaluation based on completion and customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact info@muslimskiclub.com to discuss your concerns.
Special Circumstances:
In special cases, Muslim Ski Club may consider partial refunds or transfers outside of the standard policy. Requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may require supporting documentation.
Event Cancellations by Muslim Ski Club:
If an event is cancelled by Muslim Ski Club due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered either:
A full refund
The option to transfer their booking to a future event
In line with relevant legislation, our ski trips may have a different policy regarding cancellation and refunds. Please review the terms and conditions of the trip for further information.
How to Request a Cancellation and Refund:
To cancel your booking and request a refund:
Submit a Request – Email info@muslimskiclub.com with your booking details and reason for cancellation.
Processing Time – Requests will be reviewed within 5 business days.
Refund Issuance – If eligible, the refund will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

2. Products & Shipping
Order Processing & Shipping:
Orders are processed within 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped. In cases where products are sourced from third-party suppliers, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Method: Royal Mail Tracked 48
Flat Rate Shipping Fee: £4.99 (UK only)
Delivery Timeframe: Typically 5 business days from the dispatch date
International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer shipping outside the United Kingdom
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges:
If you wish to return or exchange a product, you must notify us within 14 days of the delivery date. Products must be returned within 14 days of the return request. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, minus shipping costs.
Exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged or Faulty Items:
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact info@muslimskiclub.com with:
Your order number
Photos of the damaged item
Cases will be reviewed individually, and we will work to provide a satisfactory resolution.
Conditions for Returns:
Returned products must meet the following conditions:
Unused and unworn, in original condition
Original packaging and tags intact
Acceptable Reasons for Returns:
We accept returns in the following cases:
Faulty, damaged, or defective products
Incorrect items received
Items not as described

Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed
