At Muslim Ski Club, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your booking. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be granted and the applicable deductions based on the timing of the cancellation.
Cancellation and Refund Tiers:
If you wish to cancel your booking, refunds will be issued based on the timing of the cancellation in relation to the event date. The closer the cancellation is to the event, the higher the deduction will be due to non-refundable deposits and other incurred costs. The refund tiers are as follows:

Refund for Services:
Refunds for services are subject to evaluation based on the completion of the service and customer satisfaction. In the event of dissatisfaction with a service, please contact our customer service team to discuss your concerns and eligibility for a refund.
Special Circumstances:
In exceptional cases such as medical emergencies or unforeseen events, we may consider full or partial refunds outside of the standard policy. These will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and require supporting documentation.
Event Cancellation by Muslim Ski Club: If an event is cancelled by the Muslim Ski Club due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to a future event.

Products and Shipping
At Muslim Ski Club, we understand that sometimes you may want to return or exchange a product. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following shipping, refund and exchange policy. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be granted and the applicable deductions.
Order Processing:
Please allow up to 5 business days to process your order. Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way! Occasionally, we may need to order a product from a third party supplier and this would extend our processing times by a minimum of 14 days.
Flat Rate Shipping:
Orders are generally shipped within 5 business days using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Flat rate shipping fee of £4.99 applies to orders shipping to across the UK. Occasionally, we may issue free shipping for certain products. Please contact us for further information. We do not ship outside of the United Kingdom currently.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange or return a product for a refund, you must inform us within 14 days of the delivery date. You must return the goods within 14 days of requesting a refund or exchange. You will receive your refund within 14 days of us receiving the goods back. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. An exchange can be requested within the same timelines and may be subject to availability.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@muslimskiclub.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
State of Return for Products:
Returned products must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all original packaging and tags intact.
Reason for Return for Products:
Returns for products are accepted for the following reasons:
1. Faulty, Damaged or defective products
2. Incorrect items received
3. The items are not as described
Process for Product Returns:
To initiate a return for a product, please contact us at info@muslimskiclub.com within the specified timeframe. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return the product, including the return address and any necessary forms or documentation
Refund Processing:
Once your return or refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval and will be issued to the original method of payment unless agreed otherwise.
